In order to cancel your account, please log in to your billing account at https://billing.totalchoicehosting.com and navigate to Services > My Services and from this page you can request cancellation.

Alternatively, you can submit a ticket to the billing department with all the required information for cancelling your account.

  • Note: Cancellation requests for Dedicated servers must be submitted 30 days in advance of the renewal date.

We do not require you to sign a minimum contract. All of our plans can be paid on a month to month basis. We accept credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment, we do not accept checks or money orders.

When updating financial information in your PayPal account, if the established credit card or bank account information is removed as the funding source for a Subscription payment, the Subscription and Recurring Payments will be cancelled. Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription.

This is a feature of Paypal which we have no control over nor can we determine if your subscription was cancelled due to updating your financial information.
